Instruments and accessories sent to mainland UK are sent with free delivery.

All Mayfield instruments are handmade to order, so the lead time can be a few weeks. However, every effort is made to process your order as quickly as possible.
In most cases, our accessories are usually in stock so these items will be shipped by the next working day wherever possible. Customers will be advised if the item they have ordered is out of stock and notified when the item is ready for despatch.
Mayfield instruments will be shipped via courier which offers a next day delivery service. A signature will be required on delivery. Please ensure you provide us with a suitable delivery address. Deliveries are made between 9am-5pm, weekdays only. Please note we cannot guarantee a time slot for delivery.
Accessories will normally be sent via Royal Mail. Please note that Royal Mail state delivery can, in some cases, take up to 15 working days for 1st, 2nd and Recorded Delivery and up to 10 working days for Special Delivery. If you still haven't received your order after this time, please contact us.
All merchandise should be checked as soon as possible for transit damage. Please inform us immediately if any damage is apparent.
We are more than happy to ship any item from our website internationally. The cost of international delivery is highly dependent on your location and the dimensions of the item you wish to order.
